We offer shipping to US residents only  using standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. Please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

4. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery of your order, please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance procedures. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

5. International Shipping

We do not offer shipping internationally at this time.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they have been accepted by the carrier for delivery.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
