Returns & Exchanges

1. Eligibility

We want you to love your Dainty Pear Boutique purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and undamaged

• Free from any odors, such as perfume, laundry detergent, or deodorant

• Free from any stains or markings

• Tags still attached

Please note that certain items, such as underwear, activewear, and accessories like hats or jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at daintypearboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and sent back to us via a trackable shipping method.

3. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Please note that a return fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.
